If anti-aging creams are youth in a bottle, the Pineapple Caipirinha at Thom Bar in the Thompson Hotel is youth in a 12 oz tumbler.
It literally transported me back to my 21st year, living in Madrid, going to Kapital with Erika B and ordering countless Malibu con Pinas in backless tops. Those were the days, minus the bad music and real bad wardrobe.
Like candy, the Pineapple Caipirihna goes down easy, you’ll crave more and too much is never a good thing. So consider it a delicious measure of moderation.
