What I’m Sipping On In… March 2010
I better like what I’m sipping on these days – it’s all I’m doing day and night.
Sip sip sip.
Started BLUEPRINT yesterday in hopes of inner health translating to outer beauty.
I am a firm believer that what you put into your body greatly affects the luminosity of your skin, the shine and strength of your hair, the snow-whiteness of your eyes and your overall energy. Just as fitness is a means to fashion, diet and nutrition is a means to beauty.
So I will sip for 3 days straight. No food at all, no skim in my morning tea, no caffeine for that matter, no sugar, no alcohol, no nothing but these six (6) pre-packaged, pre-ordered prepared juices a day.
Completed Day 1. Pretty interesting.
Some big news in the office made me desire an overflowing glass of wine at the end of my long day. Not allowed on Blueprint. As a second choice, really wanted something nice and sweet even if in liquid form. No Splenda allowed on Blueprint and no milk either – which strips away the joy of how I like my late night tea. So I figured I would just close my eyes and be closer to Day 2. Except that’s not allowed either. You need 2 hours after the last juice before you hit the sack. Hmmmmm. Grrrrrrr.
Day 2 has just begun and I’m minutes away from cracking open Juice 1. Sipping my room temp water first, like a good girl.
Surprisingly, awoke with high energy and absolutely no desire to snooze. (WHO am I??)
And of course, what female wouldn’t like the benefit (temporary or not) of a flat stomach. Although I’m pretty sure I’d take good wine and great food over it for long term :)
Anyhoooo – will keep you posted on Day 2 and 3… I’m determined to make it through.

UPDATE: Blueprint Completed.
And while I may not want to see the green juice again for a lonnng time, my clear skin, bright eyes and flat stomache ain’t mad at it.

May even miss the cashew milk… mmmmmm……
